| The JV is based at Manesar, 30 minutes from New Delhi airport, in a new purpose built industrial area, that has attracted many multi national businesses. |

| The JV is looking to deliver into Europe competitive quality products whilst removing the supply chain risk, by being able to produce any product manufactured at Muller India, within Muller Holdings existing UK facilities. |
