Muller South Wales is the micro machining division of the Group, producing miniature components from 50 CNC and CAM operated Escomatic lathes. The capacity ranges from 1mm to 7mm diameter and typically produces low and high-volume components from stainless and alloy steels, brass and aluminium.
The site operates 24 hours per day, 7 days per week by utilizing the ‘lights out’ approach, managed by a dedicated and highly-skilled team of Escomatic and miniature CNC component experts. Continued investment in CNC Escomatic equipment ensures that Muller South Wales continues as one of the leaders in the field in what is a truly global and competitive market.
