Micro Machining South Wales
Muller South Wales
Micro Machining Division
Muller’s Micro Machining Division, located in South Wales, is a globally competitive facility operating around the clock: 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Leveraging efficient “lights out machining” capabilities, this specialised plant delivers exceptional micro precision machining services and micro component manufacturing solutions – all with cost-effective pricing.
Facility capabilities
At the heart of our micro machining operations in South Wales are state-of-the-art coil-fed CNC Escomatic lathes, delivering outstanding consistency and precision. These are complemented by conventional cam-operated Escomatic lathes with coil-feeding systems, providing enhanced flexibility across production runs.
We specialise in machining diameters from 1mm to 7mm, with turning tolerances as fine as 16 microns – precision levels that are essential for high-spec industries including, medical devices, aerospace, and precision instrumentation.
With a comprehensive suite of in-house micro machining technologies and access to trusted subcontract partners, we offer a true one-stop solution for all your micro component manufacturing, capable of meeting tight specifications and commercial demands.
Our facility includes:
- State-of-the-art coil-fed CNC Escomatic lathes
- Conventional cam-operated Escomatic lathes with coil-feeding systems
