Facility capabilities
At the heart of our machining operations are advanced twin-spindle, tri-turret CNC lathes, complemented by twin-spindle, twin-turret CNC lathes with integrated magazine barfeeds designed for high-volume production. Our turning capabilities are further supported by CNC chucking machines, including both single and twin-spindle models.
For milling and complex geometries, we maintain a comprehensive range of CNC horizontal and vertical machining centres. Our well-equipped conventional machining section, featuring 2-axis gear-cutting, allows us to meet specialised requirements.
Our facility also includes centreless grinding and a dedicated finishing section with a wash plant to ensure components meet the tightest geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T) standards.
With barfeed turning up to 65mm diameter, chucking capabilities up to 300mm, programmable CMMs, and digital profile inspection down to 10μm, we have the resources to produce precision components to the most exacting standards. Backed by a longstanding, robust supply base, we have access to a vast array of materials and subcontract processes.
