CNC Machining. Redditch.

CNC Machining Center of Excellence

This state-of-the-art facility is the result of significant ongoing investment and a culture focused on driving continuous improvement. These attributes position the Muller Redditch facility as one of the UK’s premier subcontract machining facilities for low to high-volume CNC machining.

At the heart of our machining operations are advanced twin-spindle, tri-turret CNC lathes complemented by twin-spindle, twin-turret CNC lathes with integrated magazine barfeeds for high-volume production. Our turning capabilities are further enhanced by CNC chucking machines, both single and twin-spindle models.

For milling and complex geometries, we maintain a range of CNC horizontal and vertical machining centres. A well-equipped conventional machining section, including 2-axis gear-cutting, enables us to handle specialised requirements.

Our centreless grinding and dedicated finishing section, complete with a wash plant, ensure components meet the tightest geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T) specifications.

With barfeed turning up to 65mm in diameter, chucking capabilities up to 300mm, programmable CMMs, and digital profile inspection down to 10μm, we have the resources to produce precision components to even the most exacting standards. Our longstanding, robust supply base provides access to a vast array of materials and subcontract processes.
