Muller South Wales
Micro Machining Division
Muller’s Micro Machining Division, located in South Wales, is a globally competitive facility operating around the clock, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Leveraging efficient “lights out machining” capabilities, this specialised plant delivers exceptional micro component manufacturing solutions with cost-effective pricing.
Facility capabilities
At the heart of our micro machining operations are state-of-the-art coil-fed CNC Escomatic lathes. These high-precision machines are complemented by conventional cam-operated Escomatic lathes with coil-feeding systems, providing additional manufacturing flexibility.
With a comprehensive suite of machining technologies in-house, we can arrange for most subcontract processes as needed, offering a true one-stop solution for all your micro component manufacturing requirements.
Our micro machining expertise spans diameters from 1mm to 7mm, with turning tolerances down to 16 microns – a level of precision crucial for applications in industries like medical devices, aerospace, and precision instrumentation.
